Coaching Information

Coaches are needed for all age divisions. Coaching applications are available in the Parks and Recreation office or may be downloaded online and returned to City Hall.

All head coaches will be required to be certified through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) in order to coach. The Grove City Parks and Recreation Department will pay the annual fee for all head coaches. Head coaches that are not certified can get certified online at the National Association for Youth Sports' website. Background checks will be performed on every applicant.
