Registration for Spring/Summer Parks and Recreation Classes
The City of Grove City will begin registration for spring/summer parks and recreation classes with a week-long, online-only registration period. Online registration begins at 8 a.m., Monday, April 13, and will be the only accepted form of registration for classes until Monday, April 20.
Download the Source for information on city news and upcoming classes, activities and community events for the remainder of the spring/summer classes. The spring/summer Source will be posted online in early April.
To register online, patrons must establish an online ID. Detailed instructions on how to create an online ID are available on the website. The Parks and Recreation office must confirm all online ID requests, so there may be a turnaround time of up to two business days for the ID to be issued. Patrons are encouraged to set up their online ID by calling 614-277-3050 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Once the online account has been activated, participants register for classes using their e-mail address and a password. In order to register for an online ID and to sign up for a class at the same time participants must sign up by telephone.
Starting at 8 a.m., Monday, April 20, registrants may sign up by telephone at 614-277-3050 or by fax to 614-277-3090, in-person at the Parks and Recreation office or by placing registration in the drop box on the parking-lot side of City Hall at 4035 Broadway. Online registration is available 24-hours a day. The Evans Center, 4330 Dudley Ave., offers registration for classes targeting individuals 55 and older from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, April 17.
Registration for the Big Splash, team sports, the RecSchool preschool program, shelter rentals and the P.A.R.K. before- and after-school and summer programs must be completed in person.
