Keep Grove City Beautiful

The Keep Grove City Beautiful Advisory Board consists of 13 members. Each volunteer member is appointed by the Mayor and serves a three-year term. The advisory board meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Grove City Service Department from Noon-1 p.m. These meetings are open to the public.

Mission Statement: Keep Grove City Beautiful promotes positive and sustainable environmental practices through individual and community involvement, recycling and beautification.

In 2012 Keep Grove City Beautiful will host the following events:

• Operation Medicine Drop, Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jackson Township Fire Station, 3650 Hoover Rd.
• Community Environmental Day, part of the Jackson Township Cleanup and the Great American Cleanup, Saturday, May 5 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jackson Township Administration Building, 3756 Hoover Road.
• Household Hazardous Waste Collection, Saturday, Oct. 13 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at TOSOH, 3600 Gantz Blvd. No latex paint will be accepted.
• Jackson Township Fall Cleanup, Saturday, Oct. 13 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jackson Township Administration Building, 3756 Hoover Road.

If you or your community organization/group is interested in volunteering your time for any of our events, would like to organize a cleanup in your neighborhood or have any questions, please call 614-277-3058.
